This LEXUS suffered from a mishap at the corner do it yourself car wash. My client was attempting to rinse the car when he used a "mis-labeled" car wash bay. He thought he was rinsing the car when in fact he was applying a tire or engine cleaner !! This chemical was allowed to dry on the surface because he thought it was a rinse or a wax. After a few days he noticed the harsh chemical etchings to the windows, chrome, paint, rubber seals....every where. He took it to the corner drive through car wash and they couldn't restore his car, the dealership wanted alot of ca$h to remove the baked on water spots. We arrived and not only did we charge le$$... we left his LEXUS with better protection and no swirls!
